Details: *$REWARD IF RETURNED* Animal Control illegally confiscated my dogs and was requiring thousands of dollars to get them back without allowing a payment plan... they also sent my dogs to rescues without giving me notification, without offering a hearing in front of a judge, and violating my due process rights to my dogs... wrong answer... this dog is now considered as STOLEN since he was illegally taken...
